So I am making my first blog entry.....

Today after coming back on to the website, I am committed to following my life long passion and dream.

I did the following;

I acquired county maps so I can familiarize myself with them,
Tomorrow I will call my lawyers to see if they can look over some disclosure statements I made for buyers and sellers to let them know that

1) I may or may not, hold a real estate license
But may continue to attain specialized knowledge in regards to real estate and related
Fields
2) I am acting on behave of my LLC As the operating manager
And engage as such and not the agent to either party.

3) I am not only acting as the operating manager of my LLC, but as a real estate investor
