We finally closed on our first flip and boy was it a headache. After delays in closing, rehab, and inspections we finally got it off the books 10 months later. Ugh! We walked away barely breaking even and are hesitant to try again.

I don't want to give up but the experience we just had makes things scary!

I've been watching past weekly wisdom's trying to channel some of Deans positiveness and heart...

I saw the weekly wisdom on changing your spots. I find that I have been handcuffed by my own fear that people won't believe me as being a Real Estate Investor, or that they will think that I am trying to scam them. I feel that I will not have anything to leave my sons if something should happen to me, or that I will never find a secure future. I start out great but as soon as I am faced with confrontation, naysayers, or feel like I shouldn't be trying to help anyone with any problem with money or such because I haven't even kept my finances right. So, who am I to try to help them. I am gripped in a fear that I am not worthy to give advice.

Hello, I am just starting up my wholesale business and I am nervous as heck!! I got my google voice number and message set up. I put up Bandit signs looking for buyers and I am mailing out yellow letter. This is my beginning. I have taken pictures of about 7 properties and now have to do my due diligence on the properties. I have to find my buyers a home now. I am always open for feedback

Well some times it is not always about making money.
Because of the DG Information and training I was able to move my 401K to a 401K (Solo)account.I was able to purchase a condo for my wife's parents. and they are able to get out of the snow in Bay City Michigan and move to North Carolina near us. Now I am going to work on selling there house in Michigan while they are here in the winter.
