I have a partner that is looking for someone to fund two homes that he has in escrow already. Each home needs $70,000 in funds and he will return $80,000 in 90 days. He wants to close ASAP. If anyone is interested PM, email or call me.

I have been putting in offer in Las Vegas but it seems like the only offers that are getting accepted are the ones that are close to the asking price or even over the asking price. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I should do?
