Tomorrow morning we close on out first deal since our Boots on the Ground course. It is a lease/option on a rental that we already owned. We had decided to sell this property a while ago without success. we put it on Craig's list as a lease option and have had a ton of calls on it. The buyer is another investor who has rentals in that area. This has not been an income producing property for us so the lease option will make it one.
