Questions about student / coaches websites.

I'm looking to see all sorts of student and coaches website examples. All real estate links sent / posted here are appreciated. I'm particularly looking to automate the info collecting part. My thought is to drive all interested parties to the internet to give me their info, so it's documented/automated. I have 3 domains: Expect a Sale.com (for motivated sellers) + Expect a profit.com for (for investors) + Expect A Home.com (for renters wanting to own) So I'm wondering if I ought to have 1 or 3 sites? Any thoughts or links for examples? Thanks in advance.
