Hi All,
I am living in Germany and have discovered that there are a lot of German senior citizens that have property but no-one to inherit to.
They do not want to move out of the property but would like the cash. Their Pensions are not particularly good and are complaining about the lack of money.
How can I make a win-win situation here? I am very grateful for your input if you have experience and profited from it in the US.
