Looked at 1st property this weekend

After looking at a few websites, I saw a good deal on a foreclosure home in my neighborhood. Checked it out. Was nervous and scared just to go to the block and look at it. So funny. Just walking in my neighborhood.

Beginning to see that this is possible. Went to the county website and was able to look up parcel number and how much tax was owed. I wonder if I can figure out which bank owns it?

I like this process. I love that I can do 90 percent of it by myself with access to the internet.

Network marketing has been exhausting because it depends on so many other people for it to work.

Seems like a no-brainer that if you match up right deal for right buyer, money is made.

My First Ten Calls to Potential Real Estate Agents

Hi.

I went to one of Dean's introduction workshops 2 weeks ago and received the books "Profit From Real Estate Right Now" and "30 Days to Real Estate Cash." I have been devouring them both and listening to archived conference calls on DG.com.

Using Dean's advice from the books and his adage "Think Less, Do More," I finally got up the nerve to call 10 potential real estate agents. One is emailing me a list of possible properties! I was shocked! No questions about my credit, income, or my buyers!

Just using Dean's exact language I am on the road to having a real estate agent.

This stuff works!
