I've been doing some planning for my business and deciding whether to file as an LLC or S Corp. Last time I had an LLC it was not as easy to raise funds without my name and social on the application. I want to branch out from real estate at some point and buy businesses. Should I start with an LLC and move to a S Corp when my cashflow and assets increase or go right into an S Corp?
