If you can mentor me that would be ****ing great I just need a friend who I can cal whenever and ask him questions please let me know I would like to whole sale my first house but I really don't understand most of the technical terms, I understand the basics

I am Anthony Fernandes I am coming from a ****ty neighborhood where the kids usually don't make it out of and I have a dream to get out, I have been studying real estate for about a month now and I would like someone to kinda guide me through my first whole sale or to just whole sale a house in front of me so I can see the action basically. It is pretty scary thinking about this cause I honestly feel like a kid and this is a mans world but I know once I'm comfortable and fully learned the whole saling game I will be amazing
