So after going to the edge again this year I really dove into the real estate and one of the first things I did was put out some bandit signs to get a house we had sold.

Not going to lie it was difficult. The ground here in New Mexico is hard but I was able to get all 25 signs out in different areas in my town.

We got non stop call over the memorial day weekend and we were able to get that house sold in 6 days and got 6 new buyers on our buyers list just from putting out bandit signs one weekend!!!

Im on page 5 of the 6 page blue print and I honestly feel scared, lost, and confused.... I dont know what my next step is... I have 3 real estate agents but none of them have sent me the 90 day cash buyer list..... I dont know what my next step should be

Just called Real estate agents today and found 2 very good ones!! Excited to find some buyers to match up with properties!!

Just read chapter one of Deans book 30 days to fast cash! Super excited to call and get a real estate agent that sends me good deals!!!!

Im very excited to get started on this buisness and my goal is to get 1-2 deals done by July 1!!!
