Over the weekend, I received an envelope in the post with 2 Free tickets and an invite to one of Dean's presentations. I left it on the table, read the invite-and that's when I felt it was a sign from Above.
I saw (last week) an online program for flipping that only cost $37 and would be taken down at any time. However, I couldn't justify that, nor did I have the money.
