I'm reading Deans "30 Days" book and I'm happily making progress. I contacted RE agents, other investors, and brokers, and I'm growing my buyer and seller lists, plus checking out properties for sale in Oak Cliff area of Dallas, which the Dallas Morning News said on 6/9/12 was "the hottest real estate in Dallas".

I'd seen Dean on TV for years, but I was always too busy. That changed when I lost my job, saw my house foreclosed, and lost $40k in equity. But it was only after the new owner sold the place for 60% under market that I realized that I had to learn to invest. I have no doubt that soon I'll recover all the equity I lost, plus start a business I'll love. If you are in the Dallas area or wish to invest here, please contact me.
