I see I didn't get everything in on my first entry so here is the rest.
I live south of where the big oil boom is happening in North Dakota and I am positioning myself for when it hits my local area. I'm in the process of getting my Real Estate Lic. active again and I have done a few small developments. My strategy at this point is to put together investors and land in order to fulfill the huge need for housing. I'm looking for the fastest way to fulfill this strategy and not be on a long learning curve as I have never approached doing it this way. Because of the economic circumstances that happened I am starting over and have to move forward through investors.
