Training....Dean.....Matt & Nate

Currently enrolled in Dean's "No Money Flip Mastery Class" that offers a wealth of ideas on acquiring properties. Some of the information ties in with our initial plan to wholesale; we have energy, desire but limited capital so wholesaling will get us started. I have contacted a couple of agents that are searching for properties as per my request which was formulated from information gained from Matt and Dean. I spoke with my daughters pediatrician today and told her I will follow up with a letter in which I will ask if she is interested in becoming a Financial Acquisition Partner. I have 400 fliers available to distribute to other medical personnel around the local hospitals.

Real Estate Investing

A small group of us have formed an LLC for the purpose of investing in real estate; namely single family residences to start. We adopted the name Collaborative Acquisitions, LLC. Initially we will be operating in the Fort Worth, TX area. Due to the fact that we are all working with limited funds thus the reason we formed a group. Teachers such as Dean and others say the best way to get started when you have limited funds is to concentrate on Wholesaling. Therefore this will be our initial area of interest. In view of the fact that we will need minimal amounts of earnest money for deposits on properties we will establish a checking account with our chosen bank the end of February.
