I am in the process of beginning an aggressive direct mailer program for preforeclosure/foreclosures. I have also teamed up with a real estate agent to assist. does the real estate agent have the know how to lock up the property after initial consultation with client or possible 2nd visit? My concern is securing the deal until a buyer has shown interest. at this point, I will not be taking title to these properties just securing the deal and finding a buyer. suggestions welcome.
