I'm getting through the book again and paying attention to all the details and starting to take action. I just got my Google Voice Number. I plan to begin my outreach to agents tomorrow and start building my buyers list.

Well, I'm trying out this 30 days to Real Estate Cash book. I hope it works. I need the money. I believe in goals. I lost 20.3 pounds in 4 weeks when I put my mind to it, so I'm hoping I can do the same when it comes to increasing my income. I've even found a non profit organization that I would love to support if I'm successful. I'm hoping to earn at least $5,000 by June 30, 2012. Today is May 26, 2012. I would love to create this cash sooner if possible. I have a couple of buyers already, but now I have to learn how to find sellers and get the deals tied up. Kind of doing this solo. Can't afford the success academy, but I'm determined to make this happen.
