I have already gotten a great Real Estate agent sending me hundreds of properties every week. Problem is I'm not that experinced with getting investors on my team. I'm sure I can get good property leads if I can just secure an investor, someon who has experience with investors or even someone who wants to partner up and go over things we need to do to get a property sold. Any takers out there? I am up-built that I have done this well so far, but like many I am new to this business. My real etate agent thinks I'm a real go getter and has told me that I have excellent qualities, that make me stand out from other investors. maybe thats just a hype but one thing is for certain, I have all kinds of properties to look at everyday!
