Buyers Profile Interview

Below is a list of questions you can use to "qualify" a wholesale buyer:

  1. What areas are you most interested in buying?
  2. What type of properties do you want to purchase?
  3. What is your maximum cash purchase price?
  4. How much profit do you need from each deal?
  5. How many beds / baths / sq. ft. / etc.
  6. Are you willing to do repairs? If so, what type?
  7. How much of an assignment or bird dog fee could you offer?
  8. How many deals can you handle a month?
