Instant Equity Exchange

Hi all,

Has anyone done an IEE? I searched for it in "my deals" but didn't find any. Since I don't have financing at this time, this could be good way to go!

I listened to the call from November and have read about it but was wondering if there are still brokers that have sub-prime lenders. Anybody know if this would be a problem now? I appreciate any info you can give!

Dawn

IEE

To use the IEE strategy you would approach a seller, maybe an expired listing, or a fsbo that hasn't been able to sell their property. You would ask them to give you 14 days to market their home and they would pay a fee. You advertise the property to buyers with less than perfect credit and set up showings. You also get C & D lenders lined up for the buyers.
This is a great strategy but with the economy the way it is, it will be very difficult to find those sub-prime lenders. But keep the strategy in mind once the market turns around.
