looking for invester

hope im in the right posting my husband was hirered for a company in tn so we went down and purchased a home got all packed ready for the move then got the call that there had been massive lay offs and they would not need him no longer therefore we will not be makeing the move and we have a home there and a rent payment here we need to find someone to buy this home or rent this home it is located in carthrage tn a 3 bedroom ranch with a full basement 1.5 bath on 4 acres new roof new hot water heater new ac unit nice for someone just starting out or retiering we cant keep up with two houses renting it out yes or selling it any one that can help please get in touch with me sorry if im in the wrong forum customer service just told me to post in the forum. any investors out there please let me know.
