When birddogging which contract do i use to ensure I'm getting paid from this investor I talked with.
For birddogging you will just use a promissory note stating how much you are to be paid...
Usually, when an investor inlists the help of a birddog, they will continue to use that person on an ongoing basis, especially if the birddog shows him great properties. But a promissory note is always a great thing to have to insure everyone is honest.
