Strategies for Canada

Hi,

I just saw the "Be A Real Estate Millionaire" infomercial on TV and I really want to buy it.

The only thing is that I'd like to know if the strategies shown in the book apply to the Canadian real estate market. Does anyone know?

Yes!

If the real estate works basically the same way as it is done in the US, which to the best of my knowledge it does, then yes.

We have many Canadians who have bought the book and are putting it to work. I can't vouch first hand if every last detail applies equally to Canada or not, but the general principles and strategies should.
