I'm looking for financial partner(s) for Ohio Properties

I am looking for a partner(s) for properties in Ohio that I will find. I am wanting financing before I find the properties to make sure everything will be in place ahead of time they will be needed. There are a lot of foreclosures in this area, as in a lot of areas across the country. The market in this area has always shown appreciation, but unlike some areas around the country, that appreciation doesn't skyrocket to where homes are over valued!

If anyone is interested in partnering with me, please contact me and tell me what kinds of properties you are looking for and in what price range. Once I have this information, I will start looking for specific properties. I have been able to find single family homes, multi-family homes and even foreclosed apartment buildings. There is plenty of new homes being built in the surrounding communities as well.

So you are aware, foreclosed properties in these areas typically require a cash deposit to even be able to make an offer. That money is normally $500 to $1000. There is normally a requirement of a letter to verify funds to back whatever offer is made as well. There are older homes, newer homes, pre-foreclosures and foreclosures. Are you wanting homes needing rehab? If so, how much are you interested in having to do? Are you wanting cosmetics only or is it OK for more extensive work?
