OfflineI have seen this term "transfer value" on a few information sheets that I have looked at on line. However, try as I might, I cannot find information (glossary of real estate terms for example) that tells me what this phrase actually means.

The transfer value is a term the bank uses when they take the property back.
It means nothing to you or me. Fair market value is all that matters.
