PLEASE HIT ME UP IF ANYONE CAN HELP ME OUT WITH STARTING THE PROCESS OF FINDING INVESTORS IN MY AREA!!

Mike,There are many ways of finding investors around your area, do some research as well as through out the forums. A really good place to start would be finding where REI Investors have local meetings, for instance in my area of Logan, Utah there is (WAREIA) Wasatch Area Real Estate Investors Association. A really great place to find and associate with investors and do buisness and spred the word about what your plans are and etc. So research through google on investors in the Las Vegas area, start advertising with ads on craigslist, newspapers, word of mouth, you can get alot of insite on advertising through the forums in this site such as step by step, how-to and tips.
