The Automated Foreclosure Finder is a marketing program. Dean, a master marker, has created a way to market and recieve people calling you to sell properties. This is much better than finding them yourself. Truly, the key to success in real estate is marketing and this is a great program.
Ok, but I was under the assumption that it would also come with some marketing tools, such as possible phone messages, advertisements, etc, etc... where is that located?
Did you get the AFF program? It is full of flyers, ads, phone scripts, etc. Step by step instructions.
The marketing pieces can also be downloaded from your members site.
The AFF is very beneficial in your business. We have alot of clients that find the tool to be very useful. With the market filled with investors, you will need to have the upper hand and it will free alot of your time to do other things.
