Hi there brainy people,

Can't tell you how much I have learned from just stepping back and reading through some of the older posts. Great info! As I have said previously, I am very excited to get to work, but I am sure Dean and others might agree that nothing could make one more confident than having the knowledge and understanding about what he is talking. Hence, I have decided to read the book and visit the site regularly so as to learn as much as possible before I put my foot in the water lol. In some earlier posts I noticed that questions were raised about the legality of "Bird-dogging" (hope I said that correctly) in certain states. My question therefore is whether anyone knows the laws as it relates to reassignments in Tennessee? Also, is there anyone out there from the middle Tennessee area who might be willing to partner with me?
