Deal of a lifetime?

So i originally posed this in foreclosures so go back and read it for the whole story. but in a short version i received an email with 350 homes for sale all under $11,800 in 16 diff states. States include:

AL,AR,IL,IN,KY,MI,MN,MS,NC,NE,NY,OH,PA,TN,TX

If anyone may be interested in homes in any of these states please PM me. Again go back to my post in foreclosures titled "just received an email" for the whole story!!
