I thought a thread on what we can &/or cannot write off against profit would be good.
I've heard that necessities to the house such as a new A/c, etc. can NOT be written off.
So, I guess some of the issues would be Inspection, Insurance, Clean Up, Dumpster, Paint, Floors, Roof, etc. & anything else you'd like to mention.
