When inspecting a property, always work from top to bottom and all the way around the exterior.
Some feel that you should do the front top to bottom than the back top to bottom.
Things are over looked if we are not going all the way around the exterior. We think we have looked here or there and we really haven't.
we are looking at the roof, then the exterior all the way around, then the foundation. Looking for any imperfections, such as cracks,(verticle or horizontal)bulges, holes and any imperfections that seem out of the ordinary.
