Where do I put the LLC on the contract and more important, when the contract requires a signiture, do I have to use my name or just the LLC name or sign my name below the LLC? Help.
When you close the, title company or attorney will ask for your articles of organization and any managing member can sign for the company.

On the initial contracts, you will put the name of the LLC in all the purchaser blanks.
At the bottom of the contract, put the name of the LLC by D. Jones(in signature form). If there are two lines, do it just as you said, LLC name top, your signature bottom.
