In chapter 4 on page 47 regarding Local Factor #3, I would like to know what is the time frame for the amount of months to compare to 1 & 2 years past?

When asking local government about the number of building permits, I would recommend checking this past month, 6 months ago, 1 year ago, and 2 years ago. Or, you could check on a monthly basis for the last 3 years if you want. The numbers will most likely be on their office's computer, it'll probably take the same effort to pull either set of stat's for you. Whichever route you take, just make sure to keep the same time frame (either month-to-month or every 6 months-year) consistent. You don't want to get analysis paralysis from too much data, and you don't want to be guessing because you don't have enough data. Hope this helps...
