I've been looking at the info and I was wondering if it is trustworthy...
When you click on the "quick view" button it gives you some info. Does anyone know how accurate this info is? I don't want to send out pre-foreclosure letters if it's not.
Should I double check with the county first?

I have the software too, it doesn't seem to be up to date. I rarely use it anymore because of this. I don't know if it's the software or the way the information is "reported". Trust your "Legal Notices" in the newspaper! That's where I find mine and they tell you what they owe, legal address etc.
Hope this helps you out!

That sucks. I was afraid of that.
Where in the paper is this found? Is it weekly or everyday?
Thanks a lot Dawn.
PS. We got 6-8" of snow last weekend. YUCK!!!!
Josh
Just like being in good 'ol Wisconsin huh? Bet it brought back some really "cool" memories!
They post Legals in our paper near the back just before the classifieds, usually every day (unless there haven't been any Notice of forcloures that day!) You can't miss 'em, the ads are HUGE!
Gonna be in the 50's by Friday here!
Gonna have to drag out the shorts and sit on the deck...
Keep warm!

Yeah the snow is almost gone here. We have the mid 70's coming this weekend. haha.
Thanks for the help.
Does anybody else on here use Zillow.com to find appraisals? If so, do you think that it is up-to-date?
Thanks
