The original purchase price was $351,491 in 2007: 4/2 w/ 2645 sq ft living area, 14374 lot size with a pool. The sale price is posted at $186,850.
I want to help this family. Where do I begin. Please help.

This property is in pre-foreclosure with $39,785 defaulted amount. It was built in 2006, purchased amount $581,250. The listed price as of today is $257,202.
I would like to invest in this property. Any suggestions/comments. Please keep in mind that I have only been reading about real estate now for 2 weeks tomorrow.
