I am in Pittsburgh, PA. Finding Cash buyers via the MLS is something that is seemingly impossible here. RE that have access to the MLS are not that cooperative unless you have purchased from their website or through them. I have obtained a list from Florida on cash buyers here in Pittsburgh. So far I have not had much luck. Is there anyone that can help with this via access to the MLS. Or wish to partner with me on a deal to assist me with change of this situation. There are some very good neighborhoods here that buyers are buying into for the means of residual income and I want to get at least one of them to buy from me. This is why I need and update list to compare buyers. That way I can find out who the real buyers are.
