and this girl just proved it all over again! Mazeltav to her! Nobody dare criticize her for having help from her mom, either. She got it done with ONE business contact, ZERO previous experience, NO REI training OR techniques, THREE years before she's old enough to legally sign her own contracts! She bought her places straight up cash, and if she wants to do 2 a year, then she hasn't realized yet.. She'll be able to do 2 a month before she knows it if she wants.
It doesn't get more American or "self-made" than this! Before she's old enough to have any of the negative self-defeating mentality grownups are plagued with, she's gonna be ensuring and growing her own freedom and success! Don't bother using excuse labels like "empowering" around this kid, she'll never be "powerless" a day in her life!
She does have a SEVERE advantage by having an agent in her pocket who will actually give her the time of day and take her seriously. Other than that, all other excuses? - Eradicated.
Oh, and not that she'll ever need to, but this business venture will also give her all the "life experience" necessary to get into ANY COLLEGE PERIOD. This is EXACTLY the type of overachievement the Ivy League looks for in an applicant. She just wrote her own ticket in more ways than she can possibly realize right now. What an inspiration! What a story! Thank you so much for sharing it with us - Holy Cow!

Hi Mike I seen that as well, now who saids this doesnt work????????As they would say no doubt in the more experienced investor world "babes can even do it", now you cant blame Dean and say it doesnt work , it only works if you work it, its like any thing else in life if you really dont try and really dont work it no it wont work, its to easy to say I quit be for you really try.Theres been some very big turn arounds by people worst off than most here and they made up there "mind" they were going to be successful and they did it how big is your why and desirer.Every thing in life takes work that is worth while and thats how we all grow, Jim ( nothing in nothing out)
