OfflineI posted in another thread that I am a college student looking to take action and begin investing in real estate and helping out my parents. I have learned about bird-dogging and see it as a great opportunity to begin this endeavor. However, I do not know where I can begin and so I have a few questions I would love to have answered by you guys!
1) How can I find investors that I can begin working with by offering bird-dogging services/is there anyone that needs bird dogging that would be willing to give me an opportunity?
2) Will the fact that I am only 20 years old affect me negatively in this opportunity?
3) In order to be a successful bird dog, do you have to live in the area that you are looking for houses in or is it possible to be successful from home?
I would really love it if I could get some answers to these questions since I would really like to be able to start as a bird dog!
