in the state of NJ, is there a dry close or wet close?
how about the following states: Connecticut, New York, Pennsylvania, etc....

I'm pretty sure it's not a state by state thing because the prez of my reia told me the names of 3 real atty's that dry close for him. He said the same thing Matt said if i don't address it right with them when i ask them about it they are going to say no. Just like Matt says they will so it's up to the attorney. Not a state by state thing.
