CLEVELAND, OH - Wholesaling Properties

Hi everyone,

Just wondering if any investors out there have any experience wholesaling/flipping in the Cleveland market? It appears to be quite unique with the Point of Sale (POS) ordinances on properties and I would love to know how this affects the closing process during a sale...

I love the ohio market because of the cash flow and the roi. I have been in it since 2002 and I think it is here to stay. Just bought five with my partner and posted the deals in my journal at kebs later years. I also posted in the deals forum as well. I wish you luck in cleveland because it has done very well for me..Keith
