OfflineI am going through a divorce and need a place to live ASAP. I would rather buy than rent. I do not have the down payment for a home. Does anyone know of a legitimate company that has a list of pre-foreclosure homes or rent to own homes? I do not have the time to do the research myself since i need to find a place right away. I contacted a company, but they had many complaints about properties listed were not in fact in pre-foreclosure, **** addresses, etc. Thank you.
