OfflineI have just purchased a home at auction. Come to find out there is a renter living there, which to my understanding can not provide a lease agreement, nor can they provide proof off payments made to the ex-owner of the property.
The so called "renter / squatter" claims he knows his rights and he said he can stay in the home for up to 61 days, while I have a hard money loan collecting interest.
I have called 3 seperate landlord attorneys in the Seattle, WA area, BUT they all have different answers that do not offer timely solutions.
Any recommendations?
