I am looking for a minimum of 2 Bed/1 Bath Condo style Properties to invest in... Sq. Ft. doesn't matter, and location doesn't either as I am just wanting something in ANY part of town.... I am looking to pay up to $95,000 and am wanting to do this ASAP....
