pre qualify no job??

my wife has the better credit, she is getting disabilty,and we are going to buy our 1st house. We need to get a pre qualify letter, but what is the best way with her situation?

You would need to contact a lender, at that point they will ask the information that they need. They are wanting to give you a loan, so I would ask them which way would be best. They'll pull her credit report to see her "debt vs. income". Basically to see if she is able to repay the loan.
I would also suggest that you talk to more than one. Hope this helps.
