assigning with zillow

Hi guys I was lookin on zillow and i saw a lot of houses in the price range of 2,500 to 10,000. but they are worth in the 50,000s can anyone help me with assigning some deals cuz there is money to be made i just need to be pointed in the right direction any help will be gratefully appreciated

Zillow vs MLS

I agree with Drew completely. From my time in the mortgage business Zillows use is for background only. Their valuations are not up to date. A realtor or appraiser's comps are the only way to go.
