Need Help Finding End Buyer for Short Sale!!

Hello DG Family,

I am helping a distressed homeowner. I have a short sale offer on the table with the mortgage company and I'm looking to do a double close once it is approved. However, I am not sure how advertise the home or start searching for an end buyer if I do not know what the final approved short sale amount will be. Any suggestions or help will be greatly appreciated.
