I have managed to find some investors / buyers that want to work on a referal. My question is if I send the investor a referal agreement and he / she signs off then I pass the information off, How do I know if he / she buys the property ? or am I going about this wrong ?
I know if I do an assignment I lock it and have control of the property, but I am not locking referals so I need away to be able to track it.

I have a friend I would like to help out. What he has done is floated to
many properties when they where high. He is cash short and looking for some alternative finance. He has 20 plus properties, and I'm not sure how many units. I do know he only has two open units at this time. Needs shot term cash to Finnish two rehabs.
Anyone Know who could Help with short term Cash/ Loan
to pull this investment though. In the Lehigh Vally, Pa Area?
