OfflineIf you are able to negotiate terms with the bank on one of their REO properties, will they be concerned with credit or finacial statements prior to final approval of the terms and condition negotiated? Going to be taking my first stab at negotiating with a bank and I want to make it sure it won't come down to be able to prove income. Is it uncommon to have the bank foot the bill for your closing costs to make it a true no "out of pocket" deal? Thanks for the help DG family
