Need 2 days due diligence for every $4B (BPO price) trenche. If acceptable, buyer will purchase right away.

I have been steadily looking for tapes for my investor for bulk REO's. People have come out of the woodwork, but I have to tell you what a disappointment it has been. One person, Stephen Farley, has risen to the top as a supreme professional in this business. The rest are playing fast and lose and going to get allot of innocent people into serious trouble. YOU know who you are, too. It is a shame to see this coming out of the DG family. I have carried a real estate license for 25 years and been in consulting for 18 and I have never seen such con's going on to get to people's Buyer's. You should be ashamed of yourselves!!!!

I met with a broker friend of mine for coffee this afternoon to discuss some REO properties that he has been working with the owners/lenders on listing and selling. One property that he mentioned is located in L.A. The loan on the property is approximately $1.6 million and the BPO is $1.3 million. The owner was asking my broker friend if he could possibly sell the property to an investor and he could lease it back for $4,000.00/mo. The broker believes it would be tough, he thinks that the bank may not go below $1.2 million for the property. I suggested to my friend, the broker, that we might be able to locate an investor with cash who could make the deal happen. Cash is worth something to a bank that already has an inventory of foreclosed properties.

What are 'nationwide tapes'? And if I'm understanding this correctly... you have a buyer that can spend $7 billion dollars.
Yes, and he wants tapes all over the USA.

Selling for 5.6m Under 50 cents on the dollar.

I have a foreclosed on mobile home park in Montana and I am direct to the bank and planning board. It can be put back as a mobile home park. I also have 200 FEMA homes and that makes a great match for a whole new park. Would your investor have an interest in pursuing this?
