1) Lets say I have a property under contract (tied) up on the MLS and we not closed yet. Am I legally able to send it off to my buyers and try to sell the property before I even own it?
2) Lets say I make a offer with the listing agent, they and they accept. By this time, I have the lockbox code etc. so I have to try to sell the property now. Next step would be to send out this property to the buyers list so I can double close or what not, but if they want to look at the property before we actually close (like most buyers will want to), can I just give out the lockbox code to them? I don't think that would work, since I've heard of realtors giving out lockbox codes to others and was banned from being a realtor etc. Please let me know what best way to handle showing a property to your buyers before you actually close on the deal. Thank you!!
Anyone with experience that could help would be great. Thanks
