Ok I've made A Offer on 2 Properties & I'm Sending The Real estate agent Checks for Escrow .

The Agent is offering me The homes for lower then My Offer since I told him I Was A Cash Buyer .

The Homes Are Offered to me For 3% of the Purchase just to lock them up .

Offer Homes are $12,Million & $11,Million

How much is 3% ? In Dollars

If you know the Answer write the Amount of Money A Investor needs to write his/or hers Check for.

Wow, do you have buyers in place? What are the ARVs of the homes?
